Nope Seth Rollins is not cashing his money in the bank until later this year. Brock Lesnar vs Cena will happen at summerslam it is already confirmed.

Your theory gives nothing for Reigns and Ambrose to do. It's not like they can feud with each other.
-Ambrose vs. Rollins is supposed to be a two-three month feud.
-Reigns vs. Triple H is happening at Summerslam.
-Cena vs. Brock Lesnar has to be for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. Lesnar has already faced Cena in 2012. What does he have to prove? Why would Lesnar return after ending the biggest accolade in pro wrestling, The Streak? One reason only: The Top Titles.
