It's not just feminists who do this, and I've heard this insult directed to women also.

These types of insults usually seem to come from people with no decent arguing points and have lower than average intelligence.

I'm surprised they don't also call them poopy heads. That's the level of people we're dealing with.

Recently, this insult has been rising from feminists to MRAs, so I see your point. But we understand that many feminists have the mentality of a child having a tantrum, so I expect it.
