Does The Legend Of Korra get any better?

Season 3 has been very surprisingly great so far, with no signs of slowing down.

Also, anything after the point where Varrick shows up is amazing, watch it just for him if you have to, Varrick is worth it.

LOK season one was ****. I stopped LOK after a few episodes and just stuck to ATLA

I really enjoyed Book 2. Adding the spirits really put in a distinctive flair and color to the series in my opinion. The show was no longer just Korra doing something in the city. They explored new areas which kept It MUCH more interesting. They even brought back an old friend. ;) Book 2 also unfortunately suffered from some animation changes. The Japanese animation company named Studio Pierrot was hired to do some of the episodes for Book 2. This seems to have led to some animation inconsistency when the original company began to animate again though. However, this isn't show-breaking by any means.

Sadly I'm not too far into Book 3. So far all I can say is that the plot is interesting in a good way.

Season 2 gets a little better around episode four but out of the three seasons it's def. the worst. Season 3 is AMAZING and makes Season 2 totally worth watching.

It's never as good as the original, but season 2 is stronger than season 1, and season 3 is shaping up to be pretty good so far. It's best to just take it for what it is and not make any comparisons to AtLAB.
