How to find someone's supervisor?
My husband's ex has top secret clearance in the air force. She is currently violating their custody agreement by refusing to send their daughter out for his five weeks of visitation for the summer. I know the military often enforces child support orders, but what about child custody orders? We would love to take her to court for contempt, but are flat broke, so we were hoping to find another route. If they are willing to help enforce, how do we figure out who to tell? We know where she's stationed, but no specifics such as unit, and there's no way she'd give us that info.
Clarification: my husband bought the plain tickets. She refused to put their daughter on the plane, and informed him that she won't let him have her this summer.

Technically there is nothing you can do. One, the Air Force won't get involved in a Visitation dispute. This is purely a family court issue. Second, of all, you do not have standing. Your husband has to file a complaint with the family court of the county in which the divorce was finalized in.

Contact her supervisor and that person will simply advise you to take it to the Civil authority who issued the child custody agreement.
The military has ZERO to do with that and you cannot cause even a ripple for his ex by whining to the military.

The military does not enforce child support or child custody orders. Those are civil matters.
You don't need any money to go to court. Just go to your local family court and watch for an hour and you'll have all the experience you need. You're case is cut and dried..."Judge, here's the order, she's violating, please order her to follow the visitation order."
Be sure to read the court order carefully and thoroughly. From your statements, it sounds like it could just be that she is refusing to buy the plane tickets...which is different than refusing visitation and a separate issue in the order.

If the Air Force is like the Army, the email system will tell your husband. If he is in the Enterprise email system, now all emails in the military end with ".mil", then the global address list will also have your unit or assignment info.

Should be in the base's mailing system. Find out her address, which should have what company she is part of, then you can contact the company commander.
