Group member can't post messages.?

They don't get any bounce message when using e-mail, but their posts never appear.

They don't appear in the group member list under either their Yahoo user name or e-mail address, but if I try to send them an invitation it says they're already a member.

There has been no e-mail saying they have left the group and nothing in the activity log about them.

How can I sort this out for them?

    Haitian politics• Haiti Promotional Group For Democracy is a restricted group. Therefore, moderators have to get access to the group in order to approve or reject messages, assess or re-assess other of its features. None of them can do them anymore. Consequently, numerous messages received from its members have been pending for a while. In addition, they are unable to invite other people to join the group, add photos, etc. As well, members are unable to communication to each other via the group. Furthermore, the map of Haiti, the group photo, disappeared. Instead, I see a picture of the European parliament. Please help me restore it entirely to serve continue serving more than 43 000 people who have been benefiting from it for more than 9 years.     Hi,

    This isn't something I can help you resolve via Answers. Mostly because you can't post their email address as that's against the posting guidelines. However, without that information I don't know what to look for and investigate.

    Please ask them to post here and provide the name of the Group they can't participate in. By doing that, I'll be able to review the Group and their account (I can see that information on the back-end since I'm a Yahoo employee) to see if I can figure out why the system isn't working correctly for them.

    I'll keep a lookout for their post!
