You would get or have to produce a self employment form for the tax man, a 1099 form.

$10.50/hour for 40 hours/week for 4.3 weeks/month give about $1800/month GROSS pay.
The times and days are up to you.
To work for yourself you have to pay your own insurance and licensing fees. And buy liability insurance. And pay your own taxes.
