Good way to hit in football and ignore the pain?
Well im tall and skinny, so i was wondering how i bust someone or prevent myself from getting busted, I've noticed that I have had some problems with that last year, so..... thx everybody!
Sorry I meant ignore the pain when I get hit, and actually sometimes when i hit on offense i can feel pain too :/

Control the hips when you tackle. If you wrap up their hips you control where they go. Put your shoulder into their stomach, head to the side and arms around the waste. You feel virtually nothing and they feel everything. To avoid being hurt, the only way to really do that is be bigger than the guy hitting you. Get in the weight room. It's probably not the answer you wanted, but that's my experience.

My best advice for you this summer (and every offseason) is to eat healthy, exercise by doing weight lifting, and either jogging or going for a long run every day. If you do these things, you will get faster, stronger, and into better shape, which will greatly improve your ability to take hits, as well as your chances of becoming a successful, top notch football player.

Aim for the legs. Use your shoulders. Not so much aiming for the knees but, plant your feet and spring forward connect your shoulders on the thighs and pull them down.

If you can't tackle properly, than try to at least tackle the legs. It will be alot easier than tackling the body if you're really skinny.
