I just want to know from your experiences, because I guess that doesn't happen with other people and that just happened with me and it's very annoying and painful... thx.

During hitting drills, I got hit HARD and idk if it was on the head but my head hurt so bad. Right on impact my eyes closed and I saw red in my eyes, after that I had my eyes closed and could barely open them. A little later my head was hurting but now it is getting better. I have practice tomorrow and I really need to know if I have a concussion, thanks!

I have practice at 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM mon-thur. at 3:00, I eat 2 eggs and 1 cup of water, then at 3;30 I eat 1 banana. at 4:15 i take a good ****, then head out at 4:30, were in conditioning week right now, so is that a good meal? Also any tips to have better meals? Thanks everybody!
