I dont know if I got a concussion in football?
During hitting drills, I got hit HARD and idk if it was on the head but my head hurt so bad. Right on impact my eyes closed and I saw red in my eyes, after that I had my eyes closed and could barely open them. A little later my head was hurting but now it is getting better. I have practice tomorrow and I really need to know if I have a concussion, thanks!

Yes it is possible any blow to the head can cause a concussion. You would have had to get hit very hard with a football to get a concussion, a concussion is when you brain is shaken inside you skull so think how hard you would have had to been hit for that to happen. If you have any other symptoms you may have a concussion and should get it checked out. If you only have a headache you are fine that is normal you got hit in the head your head should hurt ice it and take some pain killers and if you get any other symptoms get it checked out.
