good meal before football?
I have practice at 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM mon-thur. at 3:00, I eat 2 eggs and 1 cup of water, then at 3;30 I eat 1 banana. at 4:15 i take a good ****, then head out at 4:30, were in conditioning week right now, so is that a good meal? Also any tips to have better meals? Thanks everybody!
The **** word is poop btw.
I also have tums before practice.

i have practice in the mornings & what i do before is drink 20g of a protein shake & an apple

First of all, my best advice for you is to go to bed early on nights before your football practices. Then, on the day of your practices, you should eat a healthy breakfast and lunch, and drink some water. In addition, you should continue to eat a banana every day at 3:30, and go for a short run before the start of your practice. Doing this will help get you into better shape and give you a burst of energy, which will greatly improve your chances of performing very well during your football practices.

You might want to rethink the eggs. I saw several guys un-eat eggs during windsprints.
I ate Poptarts and drank Dew before practice.

Steak, lots of steak. Seems like you need a lot of protein and football is the kind of came you need protein and weight for. So steak.
