Should I get my girlfriend flowers when she comes back?

My girlfriend and I have only been dating 3 months but we are really close and are 17. As a goodbye present, I gave her a card with a picture of us inside and wrote a lot. She went to a different country for 2 weeks without her parents and is starting with her uncle and cousins, and is coming back with her cousins from that contry. I told her I'll pick her up from the airport and her parents will just take her cousins. Should I just pick her up or also bring her flowers with a welcome back sign on them?? I don't want it to be weird with her parents there. I also don't want to creep her out. What do you guys think??
