Of the 46 member HR commission - 29 backed pro-Palestine resolution i.e. all Latin American , all Asian , all African members while Europeans ran away from the scene and only USA stood to oppose that.

Under International Law - the Geneva Conventions - that's a War Crime. 
That's not the only War Crimes that Hamas is committing either.
