Black Orchid 3 tattoo parlour on Lumley Rd. in Skegness.?
Hi guys, I want to get a tattoo at this place in Skegness. The one just a bit down from the precinct. Just wondered if anybody has recently been there. Are they clean and use sterilised needles? My friend went to an artist there who has a lot of tattoos. Just wondered if u could tell me about all the staff there and if they're all up to date and have their certificates. I would go in myself, but I'm not in Skegness for a while yet.

yes, my cousin got one done there it is really cool. its a very detailed dragon. they are the best!!!
