Name twin girls / what do you think of these names?

I'd go with

Lilly Madeline&Lucy Isabelle.

Siblings,especially twins, look more unifying when their name starts with the first letter, yet they still have their own identity. For that reason i like Lilly and Lucy.

For their middle names, i think Madeline and Isabelle flow perfectly together with Lilly and lucy. They are longer so they offset the shortness of the first names. These names are also classic and elegant.

Out of your pairings i like

Lucy Katerina and Liesel Elizabeth the best for the same reasoning i've mentioned above.

I like Lucy Annelise but again Elsie seems like a nick name and remember to think of when she grows up and gets a job. Elsie doesn't seem professional.
