i agree with sandy, everyone is different. i have quit smoking (several times). i have been diagnosed with copd, emphysema, lung cancer and have had 3 heart attacks. i'm not trying to scare you, because if i'm going to be honest i still didn't quit after learning my health issues. yet I'm old and have at least 9 lives, what stuck for me was cold turkey in combination of the mind power and willingness. no matter the different options i tried, tactics, etc, i wasn't able to stop without WANTING to quit. my wife, family, doc wanted me to quit. i thought i did. but i really enjoyed it. until i realized it wasn't an option anymore and i didn't want to be smoker was i able to quit. and.. do i still want one? sure do. but not something that i could try anymore now i'm too far gone from that habit. good luck! i hope you're able to make the decision when you feel ready.

It just makes a cigarette a little less nasty than they already are . You will just end up quitting the wellbutrin not the smokes unless your are truly motivated to stop smoking .

Yes, I actually know a few work colleagues that did well.
However, don't ask about me :(
Each of us is so different. What works for Joe may not work for John.
It definitely is worth a good try. >3
