My Weight has plateaued?

I need some assistance because this is driving me crazy. I currently weigh 133 pounds and I'm 5'5". I eat one to 1 1/2 meals per day, both of which total approximately 1000 calories. I dropped 6 pounds quickly but have been stuck at this weight for about week and a half now. I have been exercising between 6-7 hours a week. I need some suggestions as to what to do. I feel hungry approximately 80% of the day. Please help me know what to do to get my weight loss rolling again. My goal is 125 pounds. Thanks!

i'd like to add that it helps to eat foods like carrots, apples and celery. any fresh food that take longer to chew and stimulates the saliva flow. these will also help your digestive system to function more efficiently when combined with fibre rich foods.

Eat smaller portions more often (keep metabolism up). Exercise first thing in the AM (gets metabolism up). Exercise more than you currently do.

If you feel hungry, eat food. Seriously, starving yourself is not good. When exercising, your body needs food to recover. Maybe look at WHAT you are eating as opposed to how much. Drink a TON of water (90% of your liquid intake should be water).
