If God is omnipotent, how is it possible to sin against Him?

You can't possibly harm or hurt God in any way or He is not All Powerful.

Doesn't that make sin a myth? Everything God created is Changeless

forever; so, we can not mar or damage His creations. How can we sin?

Divine Love does not make sinners out of us. What power can?

Now are you going to tell me that God created evil? How could good

create evil and still be good? Don't you see that sin is error and

errors can be corrected?

    1) If God is omnipotent, how is it possible to sin against Him?

It is possible because God has given humans free will.

    2) You can't possibly harm or hurt God in any way or He is not All Powerful.

That is correct. Sinning against God does not in any way harm or hurt him.

    3) Doesn't that make sin a myth?

Obviously not. What would make you think so?

    4) Everything God created is Changeless forever; so, we can not mar or damage His creations.

That is obviously not true. It is far closer to the truth to say that everything that God made is changing. At least, everything that we can detect with our human senses is changing.

    5) How can we sin?

By disobeying the express will of God.

    6) Divine Love does not make sinners out of us. What power can?

Free will and contrariness or desire..

    7) Now are you going to tell me that God created evil?

Yes - if you understand "evil" to mean "calamity", but not if you understand "evil" to be "sin" or "moral wrongdoing".

    8) How could good create evil and still be good?

OK - first, consider the meaning of "evil" that is "sin" or "moral wrongdoing".

That sort of evil is not a thing with its own existence. It is a descriptive noun only - like "pride". You won't find a lump of pride by digging in the Earth, and you won't find a lump of evil, either. Evil **describes** a morally wrong act or a being who engages in a morally wrong act; it is not a thing with substance of its own - not a hunk of matter or a packet of energy. God did not create that sort of evil.

The sort of evil that God *does* create is calamity - those natural (not human-willed) events which seem evil to its victims, but are not in and of themselves either moral or immoral. Notice definitions 9 and 10

    9) Don't you see that sin is error and errors can be corrected?

Obviously that is not always the case. For an example: how can a murderer correct the error made by taking a human life? That is not the only example. Many errors that people make are beyond or can be beyond their ability to correct. Causing emotional damage. Causing loss of trust. Causing financial ruin. Causing bodily damage. etc.

Sin is a state of mind created by the psyche that is choosing to do something---not because the body enjoys the activity, but because the psyche desires something. It is a state of wanting, a state of wishing to be something one is not. Sin is also a state of being separated from the external world and the actuality of life.

Whether there is a God, and what a God would look like, be and act like is beyond the capacity of the mind to determine... That is why the question of God is irrelevant: it is no use being a theist, an atheist or an agnostic, nothing can come of the topic.

Sin on the other hand comes from an imbalance between the psyche and the rest of the mind/body.

you and Jesus are right, sin does not exist.

    Gospel of Mary Magdalene

    7: 13-28

'What is the sin of the world?'

    Jesus answered:

    'There is no sin.

It is you who make sin exist,

when you act according to the habits

    of your corrupted nature;

    this is where sin lies.

This is why Good has come into your midst.

It acts together with the element of your nature

so as to reunite it with its roots.'

    Then he continued:

'This is why you become sick,

    and why you die:

    it is the result of your actions;

what you do takes you further away.

Those who have ears, let them hear.'

Sin is building your identity on something that isn't God.

It doesn't harm Him (though it may break His heart). It harms you.

Sin is possible if God has made moral agents, and that is precisely what humans are. We are moral agents capable of choosing to reject God.

1 John 3:4 KJV Whosoever committeth sin transgresseth also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law.

1 John 1:4 KJV And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full. 5 This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin. 8 If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

    John 3:14-21 KJV

Ezekiel 18:4 KJV Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

2 Peter 3:9 KJV The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Face the facts: he is more "omni" than "potent". Nobody's perfect.
