Should I tell Her Mom About Daughters Web Activity?

I am friends with the Mom and her 12 year old daughter. I recently came across the daughter's You Tube account and discovered 'likes' and memberships I know the mother would not approve of.

Should I tell her?

    If the account is questional I would just becaus of the hidden dangers with some of the web sights that exists. Prental controls may have to be used to keep her daughter safe.
