Horror Movie similar to Cabin Fever (1,2) and The Cabin In The Woods?

Hey guys

Can you recommend movie that has the same style as Cabin Fever and TCITW?

It doesn't have to be a flesh eating virus but 5 friends go to woods(2 show offs,2 girls and one hipster dude) and plan to stay in some cabin for a few days.Also i'll use these last 5 points to ask if i should trim my eyelashes cause they are getting in my field of view.For the movie i would need an answer as soon as possible so i can start downloading.Its 10:50 PM here

    Evil Dead 2 is better than the original in my mind

    also The night of the living dead has a bunch of people trapped in a house
