    Of course over weight woman can get pregnant!! Although some have to make changes in their lifestyle. For example...a healthier diet. Less sugar is a great suggestion due to high risk of diabetes or gestational diabetes. Exercise is also a great start to healthy pre-pregnancy life style. Taking prenatal vitamins before pregnancy can increase your chances of conceiving. Best of wishes

    Overweight woman can get pregnant & they get pregnant the same a skinny woman gets pregnant.
