Yes, it is illegal for a dealership to refuse sales based on race. However, if this were the case, it would be pretty difficult to prove. Plus a situation like that is almost unlikely because people in the car sales business want to make money and they will sell to whoever regardless of race.

It's without a doubt that race had NOTHING to do with why you didn't have a car.

Automotive dealerships do not care if you are white, black purple or green. They want your cash. If you were refused a sale it must have been due to poor credit or lack of other financing requirements.

It would never happen. They don't care if you're a zombie if you have good credit. If you were unable to buy, you failed to have the required credit or whatever.

quit crying over every little thing. Not everything is about you and your race...obviously you had **** credit and they couldn't work with you. grow the hell up and realize no one cares if your black. If you suck then you suck if your freaking blue.

If you don't have good credit then they will kick your butt out no matter what color you are.
