Why has yahoo become so glitchy all of a sudden?

For the past several days I've noticed that it sometimes takes about half a dozen tries to navigate through Answers. You click on a question, and you get the weepy Happy Face saying "Question Deleted" or whatever. But it's not true. You keep clicking and eventually the question appears. Then to answer, you also have to submit half a dozen times before the answer is posted. Etc. etc. etc.
I've often said that Marissa Mayer should hire some new tech people at Yahoo and get rid of Moe, Larry, and Curly.
