    Most likely it's a glitch - it's been happening to me several times a day. However, the problem goes away if you refresh the browser window.

    No this isn't a new rule i think 2 years ago. As you're on level 7 so, your answering limit is 160 per day. But I hope you doesn't reach on your answering limit. We are also facing this glitch and it does solved my problem after refreshing the page.
