Why has the Ebola virus been allowed to come to the USA ?

Two infected people are being allowed to enter the USA . This is the first time . People are not allowed to travel outside the country and are quarantined if they catch the virus .

Since there is no real treatment for this virus and we in the USA have no more chance of treating it here than treating it in the country the two people are in now why are they being allowed to come to the USA and risk spreading this virus ?

Update:

Keep in mind that this is the same CDC that harbors many deadly things including small pox which they kept in an ice box in a storage room not a secure lab and also the deadly anthrax which they allowed to escape their escape proof secure lab and infect 86 of their workers .

How can not be trusted to not allow this to spread ?

Update 2:

What I meant to type was " How can they be trusted to not allow this to escape "

Because Americans are dumb. And yes the virus is contagious. How else do you think these fools got it.

These are two Americans, and they are being flown in a private plane with appropriate precautions and will be cared for in a hospital with extreme isolation capacity. We are in more danger from travelers in the beginning stages of the disease than we are from these two Americans. Americans returning from the four countries where Ebola has occurred are tested for the virus before they get here.

To provide better care than they could get in Africa.
