Safe to run dishwasher?

Had a broken water line outside and first test came back clear, but 2nd one did not. They will test again tomorrow. In the meantime I ran the dishwasher using the high heat sanitizing cycle and put vinegar in the final rinse. Went back and ran a rinse cycle again with 1/2 cup of bleach. Is it safe to use the dishes now do you think? Or should I leave them and re-wash when I have a safe reading.

The extra rinse cycle wasn't necessary if you ran it on the sanitizer mode.

The detergent will kill off any bacteria. You could rinse them under the tap (faucet) in case of grit.
