Who pays the transportation and food cost for the kids immigrating from Central America to the U.S. border?.?

Their families did. Without money they wouldn't get that far. The US taxpayer will apparently be paying for their return, according to the Republicans in Congress.

The Cartells advance the money for most to come here. And the families threw gang conections repay it one way or another. Once here our Goverment picks up the tab for all and a return flight home for them if they can find them or they are gave permision to stay here.
