How to transfer music from Windows tablet to iPhone?

So I have a Windows Surface RT tablet, and on the music/Xbox music application I have songs that I would like to transfer to my iPhone 4, which is plugged into the tablet via USB. Is this possible, and how do I do it?

    Yes it sure is possible. just download the apps from the plcae you get music or go straight to Microsoft's website and there and look for downloads and it should be right there.

    From what I know, you have to run thru iTunes.
