O.K. healthy people I got a question for you. Apples...?
I recently lost some weight. I have been trying to eat regimented meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The same time every day. low cal, high fiber, as raw as possible. But I still find I am hungry or at least I want to snack. So I eat apples. Then I started wondering if I could eat to many. Could I gain weight from to many apples? Well what do you think? Let me know.

It is because your physical is lack of some nutrition, and you would feel hungry easily. In fact, weight loss is always built on the base of health. I would like to suggest you to build health first. Eat 3 meals regularly, have rich breakfast, good (various foods) lunch and light dinner. Eat various kinds of food, but not eat each too much. Drink liquid food before eating solid food.
This is a simple way that you will gain health. Once you are health, full energy will get rid of any unnecessary things accumulated in your body. It means you will have a good shape definitely.
My family follow this way, my husband ( 176.5 lbs / 5'97” ) lost 9 lbs in 15 days, and loses total 26 lbs in 4 months, so do I. We have tightened skin after adopting these principles. We never count calories intake, or take exercise, or on a diet. On the other words, we lose weight on a base of health and without side effect.

A medium size apple has about 75 to 100 calories. It has about 25 carbohydrates. (which makes it high in natural sugar) As far as snacks, it is healthy. As far as weight gain, it depends on your total calorie and carb intake for the day and how many apples you are actually eating.
