Downgrade Windows 8.1 to Win 7 on HP Pavilion 20-f323?

Client has a new HP Pavilion 20-f323 All in One PC with Windows 8.1 and he wants Windows 7 Pro installed instead. Questions.

(1) How do I even get this unit to boot from it's built in DVD? I tried F2, ESC and F12, no options to boot from DVD.

(2) Please list steps, including any software, to downgrade this unit.

Thank you.

Update:

Guys, of course I know you need a copy of Windows 7. Let us assume I got that.

You have to buy Win 7 and install it. There is no "downgrade" path.

You'd need to find a new "unused" ( never activated ) copy of Windows 7, which will be difficult now. There may be copies on eBay or craigslist, but you have to be really careful about buying products on either of those web sites. Everything, ( personal files/software ), would need to be backed up for a clean install of Windows 7, and re-installed later.

there is also the site oggus com that simply sell licenses only, Windows 8 is $ 50 (you need a Paypal account to pay).

I bought my Windows 7 Ultimate license on earlier this year and I have not had an activating problem.

should just find the iso operating system (I have downloaded from the Microsoft site, I do not know if is also easy for Windows 8), the site provides links but I think probably not in French.

I would format the hard disk and install a new copy of Win 7 Ultimate
