How unhealthy is it to pull an all fighter?

How unhealthy would it be to pull an all nighter, like not consecutive ones, just every once in a while, like maybe I didn't go to sleep one night during the summer because I don't feel tired?

    It's fine once in a while. You will typically either fall asleep the next day or sleep better the next night. Don't worry about it.

    Extremely bad for you. I wouldn't recommend doing

    that more than once a month. However, I'm not a doctor.

    Lack of sleep releases cortisol which destroys the nervous system.
