Over and over, it always comes down to BAD parenting?
Most of these posts about sibling problems and bad behavior of kids can be answered with BAD PARENTING as the underlying cause BUT very few responses DARE tell you that. Historically, parents have been excused, forgiven, ignored and SHIELDED by most cultures in favor of blaming their kids, genetics or anything else EXCEPT the inadequate and negligent parents who are the underlying CAUSE of most family issues. I've only seen one or two others at YA courageous enough to lay the BLAME on bad parenting/parents even though it's the actual EVIL!
Studies of Adolf Hitler's early life show that he was a victim of HORRIBLE parenting which is why he turned out to be such an angry, violent MONSTER!

I agree. And yes not everyone is the same which is why one sibling can come out like a angel and another come out horribly. But since Not everyone is the same you cant use the same parenting on two different people then when it doesnt work on one sit there and wonder why. I think parenting should be adjusted to each childs needs not just one parenting style for all kids and expect ot to work the same way to every child it doesnt work like that.

Totally agree, but while my sister was out of control for the past couple of years patrying all the time and refusing to come home, I was planning on getting good grades in high school and going to college. Everyone is different, it doesn't always come down to parents, because me and my sister were brought up the exact same way and have made different life choices. It's the child's willingness to listen as well as parenting.
