I can't go on a diet because I'm 15 and my mom says I have to eat what she cooks and she won't make me special food. I can't buy supplements because my mom doesn't want me to take them because she thinks it's gunna affect my growth. I'm 5.6 and weigh around 117 I'm pretty skinny but still go some fat I can see a little bit of muscle starting to form but not a lot. When gaining muscle, dieting is the last thing you want to do anyways. In order to build muscle, you need to be at a caloric surplus, which requires eating more food every day. One of the biggest problems beginners have in the gym is that they don't eat enough afterwards, and don't see much muscle growth because of it.

When you eat a lot of food while weightlifting regularly, you gain muscle.

When you eat a lot of food while sitting on your butt all day, you gain fat.

I would recommended weight lifting for about 60-90 minutes 5 times a week. Look up what a training split is, and don't train the same muscles day after day or you will keep breaking them down, not giving them a chance to grow. Supplements aren't needed, but you need to make sure you are getting enough protein in order to repair and grow the muscles you will be breaking down. Your Weight x 1.5 = How many grams in protein you should take in a day (at the minimum for weightlifters).

    Hi!

Actually you don't need a strict diet for muscle gaining. Reality is "Eat sufficient amounts of protein" that your body needs. For example, if you weigh 150 pounds, you should eat between 150 and 225 grams of protein per day if you want to consistently gain muscle. Proteins that are great for building muscle include:

    * Red meat like beef, pork, lamb, venison, bison, etc.

    * Fish like tuna, salmon, swordfish, bass, trout, mackerel, etc.

    * Poultry breast, from chicken, turkey, duck, etc.

    * Eggs, especially egg whites. The yolk is high in cholesterol, but one or two a day isn't unhealthy.[1]

    * Dairy like milk, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, etc.

But in your case learn to cook a little proteinous meal that can eat between meals. You should maintain a continuous protein supply throughout the day.

One thing you have to workout to build muscles, unless proteins you eat will go out as a waste product.

    CHEERS!

You don't need supplements or a special diet. Just keep working out (the more the better) and you will be fine.
