Transferring pictures from iphone to ipad without wifi help?

Okay, so, I have an iPhone 5s, a computer and an iPad.

I have a USB cord, so i could use the computer if needed. However, I don't have wifi currently.

Is there any way at all to get the pictures from my phone over to my ipad, without having wifi? Possibly through the computer?

I know i can save pictures from my phone to my computer, but when I try and put pictures from the computer to my phone, it won't allow it. So give me some directions as well, please.

iTunes will allows you to backup your pictures on your iPhone to computer, however, it won't allows you to see those pictures.

One way for you, is backup your iPhone with iTunes, then restore your iPad with the iTunes backup. But you'll lose all things on your current iPad.

Another way is to transfer pictures directly from your iPhone to iPad, you can read this post, http://www.imobie.com/support/transfer-photos-from...

I lost my iPhone so i cant try it myself but i would believe that if you have a Mac, you can connect your iPhone to the computer. iPhoto would most likely pop up and ask if you want to import photos (if i remember correctly, you can choose which pictures you want to transfer). After doing that, you connect your iPad to the pc, again iPhoto will pop up, and you simply find your photos that you just imported and export them to your iPad by dragging them to the icon on the left sayin "iPad" (or whatever name you have given it).. HOWEVER, if you have a normal pc i have no clue. I got a mac, so im not familiar with pc. Hope you have a mac, and that it worked out. Good luck.
