I cant sleep after sex?
So yeah everytime i have intercourse with my friend with benefits she can go to sleep shortly after but i just lay there and cant sleep because of all the exitement, i havent Had sex that many times, im young and a male, is this normal?

It seems that after having sex, your adrenaline is still high. Try to drink a big glass of water, sit and watch TV for 15 minutes, and you'll soon see that you are feeling tired. After this, try and go to sleep. If you still can't sleep, just repeat the process.

Take a deep breathe and take a drink of water relax and try to cool your adrenaline down

Well don't have sex when you are tried because you will fall asleep, do it when you have energy!
