Is there any programs i can install on my computer to block others from installing stuff on my computer? My boyfriend has been installing webwatcher and keylogger on my computer and it's getting annoying.

You set the limits. Stop him using your computer. Make login compulsory to access the computer. That solves the purpose. Any time you see him using the computer he is guilty. If you use login password he can not even access when you are not watching.
I forgot one thing administrator password. Without this nobody can install anything to your PC.

you can lock him out of it completely, drop him, kick him to the curb, keep him off your stuff lol
