How to get over break-guilt?
So, as of three weeks ago, I ended a 4 year relationship with my girlfriend. (She is the only girl I've ever dated.) There was no cheating involved, and generally, she is a really great person. The relationship had just met its end though, and most of my feelings had fizzled. I had to be the one to call it off. It has been three weeks, and I still feel this gut-wrenching guilt over breaking up with her. And the hardest part is, I am still physically attracted to her. I have no idea how to move on especially now that i feel sexually deprived. How do I get over this guilt?

Just think if you stayed in that relationship it would be all about sex & you'll get it confused for "love", & i guarantee you that the relationship wouldve gotten ugly because it has fizzled but u guys wouldve tried fixing what couldnt be fixed and it wouldv bought you guys down (was in a relationship for 6 years - 3 of those years we fizzled out but kept trying to make it work but it was draining) so just think of it as you made the best decision ..
