Bible verse for somebody not doing their fair share?
In order to get my point across, I'd like to quote a bible verse to somebody who is not doing their fair share of work. I don't want to use the words slug/sluggish or sloth/sloth-like - as that seems so insulting. Any proverbs or verses about laziness/not working hard enough that don't use those words?

You don't necessarily need the Bible. Sophocles wrote (c.409 BC), "No good e'er comes of leisure purposeless; And heaven ne’er helps the men who will not act." And in the Hippolytus (428BC) of Euripides appears the speech, "Try first thyself, and after call in God; For to the worker God himself lends aid." These quotes later were rephrased more clearly as "God helps those who help themselves."
Benjamin Franklin also has some words of wisdom on laziness/not working hard enough:
“By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail.”
"He that is good for making excuses is seldom good for anything else.”

In the gospel Luke 10:39, Jesus was invited to supper by two sisters named Martha and Mary when he entered their village. Mary was sitting on the floor in front of Jesus, hanging on to his every word. Martha, however, was distracted by her preparations for the meal and said to Jesus "Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to do all the serving alone? Then tell her to help me."
Jesus replied, "Martha, Martha, you are worried and bothered about so many things; but only one thing is necessary, for Mary has chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her."

Proverbs 6:10,11-10 A little sleep, a little slumbering,
A little folding of the hands to rest,
11 And your poverty will come like a bandit,
And your want like an armed man.

Most of them say the opposite. Such as the parable of the hirelings. Why not just stop worrying about them and get away from them when you get the opportunity?

You do yours, no more, not theirs also. I did more for years stopped. The people are failing now. But it wore me down, hurt my life, stopped.
