Why do some people become outraged when they find Palestinians fighting back?

I know. It's frustrating. We have a set of rules that we all believe is good and right. A set of rules that we think everyone should follow and if they don't, off to jail. One of these rules is "not stealing someone's land." We all agree with this law except when it comes to Palestine.

We also believe that people should not be imprisoned without just cause. And yet here we have Israel locking the Palestinians up in a huge death camp. They can't go east, west, north, or south. They are left out there like pigs, even though they farmed the land that the Jews stole for 1500 years.

Why can't Christians understand this? They falsely accuse people of being full of Satan if they say anything about this. It is insanity. I hear the preachers and the talk show radio hosts lie. Yes, they lie!

I know the history of Palestine. I have studied it. Not a skewed view but a fact. And do I see Christians reading anything about this? Not one of them.

I wouldn't become outraged in the least were that to happen. I'm a very big supporter of self defense. Unfortunately, that is not what the Palestinians are doing or have ever done. The Palestinians have struck the first blow in all but one of their altercations with Israel. The one exception was the Six Days war when the Palestinians, supported by the armies of 12....TWELVE...other nations were massing to attack Israel.

The day that the Palestinian people actually defend themselves from aggression will be the day that I support them. But I'm not holding my breath.

Nobody is trying to take Gazan lands away from the Palestinians. Unless Palestinians are taking each others' property, which would not surprise me with Hamas in charge.

How is shooting rockets at Israeli civilians and sending suicide bombers to kill civilians "fighting back"?

This is what people from Gaza do. Not most of them of course; but what would you do if your town was being bombed regularly? Would you not try to destroy the launch pads and rockets? And what if the rockets and command posts are located in heavily populated areas, hospitals, schools, and mosques? That is why Israel sends warnings before bombing, so the civilians can evacuate. Hamas does not.

Palestine and all that area are terribly complex. I cant pretend to fully understand it all. Israel was invaded on 4 sides in the 1960 by Arab countries determined to destroy Israel. With Americas help Israel smashed them all and too a huge amount of their land as the spoils of war.

The position in Palestine seems awful and its highly unsatisfactory to the international community. At the same time when they have created a terrorist force called Hamas who from time to time fires rockets into Israel who are very jumpy and fearful of their own land.

It needs someone to sort it all out.

Israel has always be willing to return the West Bank and Gaza to the Palestinians if they would allow Israel to live in peace-aka, stop firing rockets and sending suicide bombers. The Palestinians and Hamas refuse. Their belief system is that Israel, and the Jews, MUST be destroyed. It's in their charter. Their official motto is 'we love death just as much as the Jews love life.'

Israel gave Gaza back to the Palestinians back in 2005. Then the Palestinians moved in and started shooting rockets at Israel.

The "Palestinians" aren't "fighting back", they are the ones instigating the fighting. If they would stop bombing Israel they'd be left alone. As it is now, they have to be taught a proper lesson on minding themselves and their proper place.

In the current conflict,Palestine began terrorist and rocket attacks against Israel. Israel was the nation wronged not Palestine.Israel has a right to self defense

Palestine deserve to die, for all the problems they are causing by letting Hamas rule the Gaza Strip.

Because Americans where brainwashed into thinking israel and iasraeli and jews are some kind of Gods (thanks alot White Christians) and anybody who resist their BS is evil...look how We can't call the jew a dirty liar or it's anti semetic...jews are not even semitic. I know what israel is all about and they suck!
