Yeah,I care.I am a 60 year old white man who was born and raised in St.Louis.I voted for Obama both times. And I am sad at the state of our country.I was 10 years old when president Johnson signed the civil rights bill. And yet we find ourselves in a nation divided.Racial tensions are high all across America. And I don't know why a nation with such pride has allowed this to exist.Americans have not said let's stop racism. When a white guy tells us a black joke we remain silent. When this kid in Ferguson gets shot we say,oh he was a thug.We are allowing this to be acceptable to us as Americans and for that I hang my head in shame.I have 6 grandchildren that are exited like all little kids. What do I say to them? Our society is sick and filled with crime and hate and bigotry. That would have seemed more appropriate coming from my father when I was a kid.But we are in a worse place more now than ever in my lifetime.Yeah I care.

The increase of military hardware and badly used SWAT teams across America concerns me. Missouri is just the beginning of awareness of how out of touch the Police have become in many US cities. Pictures of assault weapons in number being trained on a few unarmed and peaceful protesters is a wake up call.

I'm wondering why the shop owner in the video didn't just put a cap in the guy who was robbing the place, thus saving us all a lot of wasted network news-watching time.

Not really. I'll wait for the cable news media to move onto something else. That's usually when the truth comes out.

You mean the increase in library fines proposed by the Moberly city counsel?

It is a typical revenue generating tactic and you can avoid it by just returning your books on time.

    It is totally legal however.

Nothing illegal or unethical about it.

I care not because some black guy got shot (that never happens.....EVER!).....I'm just more sickened of the black rioting! WHO ACTS LIKE THAT IF YOUR A CIVIL HUMAN BEING????? People are shot every damn day in this country......its NO excuse for a riot and it just gave black people and excuse to steal and take out their anger at the world.....not the cop.

I have to care. I live about 5 miles from where it happened. I am afraid to even let my kids go to school.
