Who has a higher level of training/respect in the military -- Delta Force or Navy Seals?
I know they are both Special Operations groups in the military and are both highly respected groups -- Delta Force is within the Army and the Navy Seals is, well, in the Navy/Marine Corp. I was just wondering if Delta Force is considered a higher level of Special Ops or vice versa or if they're considered equals both in terms of given operations, training, classification level, etc.

Delta Force and DEVGRU are considered about the same. DEVGRU (formerly SEAL Team 6) takes the best of the SEAL Teams. Most SEALs are not good enough to make DEVGRU.
All other SEAL Teams (1 to 5; 7 to 10) are not considered as elite as DEVGRU or Delta Force.
So to answer your question....
Only SEAL Team 6 (now called DEVGRU) is considered equivalent to Delta Force.

Some questions really split hairs !
Both are admirable. SEAL Teams are all Navy. Delta can combine different units. Special Forces (green berets ) are all Army . Rangers are all Army. Marine Force RECON are all Marine. Each is excellent. After crunching all facts SEALs probably comes out ahead, but your question is way too vague. Even SF guys have many , many schools to attend.
