I think I am developing some speech problems?
This week during school when my teacher had a question on this paper asking us what we liked and disliked about our last teacher I answered it by saying something like "I liked it when the teacher gave us a lot of credit even though we did a partial amount of our home work not all of it."
I meant to ******* say "I liked it when our teacher gave us some credit even though we didn't finish all of our homework and we at least did some of the problems." Then while I was texting with my cousin about using a word from a different language with the same meaning "like how the English word "apple" came from the word "appfel" but it they hold the same meaning" is what I sent him

Texting isn't a good judge of whether you are communicating or understanding things properly.
As for your answer to your teacher, it's fine. Maybe you were tired or tounge-tied or it just didn't come out the way you planned. That happened to everyone.
If you are that concerned, see your doctor and get a referral to a neurologist or speech therapist.

Well, you've written your question and details very clearly. My guess is you're just being human. We've all had those times when words just don't come out right. Having said this, if you find yourself doing it a lot, you should see your doctor, just to be on the safe side. Best of luck.
