What should I do about this person with their potentially extreme views about white people?
He is Nation of Islam. It is obvious, because of the views he has about white people. He is a black guy with an Islamic surname. Then he said he has a book for me to read. No doubt about the group he is part of or about conspiracy theories.
He said that there are pyramids in other places other than Egypt and the media and teachers lied to him about that. He also stated that the media portrays black and mainly Africans people as uneducated and illiterate.
He is telling me that I should know my history and refer to myself as Jamaican
(even though my parents and I were born in England) I should also know who my ancestors are and know about my heritage.
I will not allow him to manipulate me and adopt his same views they think that white people are the devil and evil.
So if he carries on, I will have firm words with him, make him question himself and then report him.
What I do not understand is if he hates white people so much, why is he in a predominately Caucasian country and working for a white person?
I see this man in my workplace. I have been there for nearly a year, he has been there just three weeks.
I am a black woman and I have been with a white man for the last five years. I asked him before I told him about my relationship what he thought about interracial dating, he said he is fine with it, however, the person of colour has to know where they come from. This coming from a man who has two kids by two different women... he probably never married either one of them! How dare he!

He sounds like a complete nutcase, you should keep away from him.
Although it's nice to know where you originally came from, you are obviously English and why would you refer to yourself as Jamaican? your ancestors may have come from somewhere completely different, or could have been in England for many generations, Being black doesn't make you any less English than a white person.
Also as you said about him being Islamic, he's probably one of those extremists, there are many of them that are really nice people, but the extremists are the ones you should stay away from.

If you are Muslim sister I would advice you to either marry the guy or leave him this is much more important than that fellow who hates white people. After visiting Meccah Malcom X lift the nation of Islam because our relationships based on deen not on race.

Indeed how dare he! I guess the only thing you can do is perhaps try to encourage him to mix with whites, but from the sounds of it this may not work. If these are simply his views, he is not committing any crime, but if he is being racist or trying to spread a message of hate, then you should definitely report him

Do not engage him in any type of discussion that requires logic, ethics or morality. Do not throw pearls to swine. (Do not engage in hopeless causes.) Keep your relationship professional.
