Google Chrome Issues...?

Update:

I keep getting those stupid Offer Mosquito ad ons and the Key Bar 2.3 one too. I uninstall them but they keep showing up. Everyday. Also, my preferences can't be read. Should I restart chrome. Also, if I do that, will I lose all my book marks?

    You can uninstall and reinstall Google Chrome and not lose your bookmarks. Just make sure you don't check the two boxes while uninstalling.
