Depends on which iPhone you are using.
According to Apple the iPhones should last (below) with absolutely no use and in full charge -
iPhone 5S : 250 hours
iPhone 5C : 250 hours
iPhone 5 : 225 hours
iPhone 4 : 300 hours
iPhone 4S : 200 hours
iPhone 3GS : 300 hours
iPhone 3G : 300 hours
So yeah, that was how long an iPhone can last at full battery and no use at all.
