Type into the home search bar display settings of find it in settings then change the brightness

pls find your laptop charger plugged. as power saving power management settings your lcd brightness will reduce when you work with battery power.
Also you have short cut to increase the brightens with FN button, Find the upside brightness icon on your laptop function keys in top row of the key board. and press.1 time 2 times 3 times.the brightness will increase.to decrees find the decrees brightness button,
