@Lula, but the false rape accusations are part of what leads to the general disbelief of real rape victims and low conviction rates for rapists if they are prosecuted.

yes, false rap3 accusation is part of the feminist rap3 culture.
feminist rape3 culture is s3xualised violence against men, like crushing mens balls (physically), same as it is rap3 because of s3xualised violence to rub the own g3nital with someone who doesnt want.
what makes the false rap3 accusation a part of feminist rap3 culture is, that the false rap3 accusation is made for the same reason to s3xually violate a man (mentally).
finaly, it is the Mens Rights Movements duty (in my opinion) to abolish feminism and the rap3 culture thereof, by LAW.

No. A rape culture, is a culture that permits and even encourages rape. In the U.S., rape is not encouraged overall, but is a felony crime second only to murder.
