Maple Leaf Landscaping. Everyone is familiar with Maple Trees and so it sounds familiar at the same time professional.

Don't try to make it too cool if you will be advertising with a phone number for prospective customers to call. Middle agers, those most likely to be your customers, might see a real "cool" name and think it's a bunch of kids trying to make a quick buck. What's wrong with something simple like "Tony's Landscaping"?
