What does "buried" mean during a miscarriage?
A friend of mine was pregnant. Apparently early this morning she had a miscarriage. The doctor said there were two fetuses. One didn't have a heartbeat and the other was "buried". What does that mean?

It probably means that on the early ultrasound one was hidden and they didn't see it.
