Can i take College algebra as an electives?

    Any college class you take that isn't for general ed or major requirements is considered an elective.

    But if you question is if you're *allowed* to take it, the will likely depend on how your CC handles enrollment in non-required classes.

    Some classes are impacted, which means that only certain majors are allowed to sign up for them during regular enrollment, but if there are still spots available, anybody is allowed to sign up during open enrollment.

    There also might be issues of needing to fulfill pre-reqs, but I can't imagine there are any for an algebra course.
