I created a blog about my recovery from ME/CFS - I called it "my name recovered"
I wished to change the name though and so changed it to "my name ME/CFS recovered" yet the url has stayed the same - as mynamerecovered.blogspot.
I'd like it to be mynameME/CFSrecovered.blogspot - would this improve the SEO at all or not make any difference really?

URL doesn't improve visitors main thing is your articles but getting easy URL will help user to remember it. but giving the improve of SEO will make difference don't create too long and don't create too low articles just keep in middle
